We want you to love your bag. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refund Policy 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 2-3 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit your choice.

Non-refundable situations:

  • Items without original packaging
